Avaland Celebrates Grand Opening of Avenue25 Show Village in Subang Jaya

Avaland celebrated the grand opening of its new Avenue25 Show Village over the weekend, introducing an innovative mixed-use development that blends nature with modern urban living. This visionary project exemplifies Avaland’s commitment to creating sustainable communities, prioritizing ecological integrity, social connections, and economic vitality for both residents and surrounding areas.

A “Forest-Inspired Vertical Green Village”

Spanning a 13-acre site complemented by a 6-acre green space, Avenue25 sets a new standard for sustainable living in Subang Jaya. With a focus on environmental responsibility, all phases of the project are targeted to achieve GreenRE Gold certification. The design concept promotes walkability, featuring Green Oasis Retail Village and lush green corridors that create inviting, nature-infused walkways. The development’s 100,000 sq. ft. of diverse retail options enhance the overall experience for both residents and visitors.

Located just a 10-minute drive from Subang CBD, Avenue25 also offers excellent connectivity, with a link bridge to the USJ21 LRT Station and easy access to major highways. Additionally, over 1,000 native trees and electric vehicle (EV) chargers further promote a sustainable lifestyle within the community.

A New Way of Living

“Avaland is committed to creating new opportunities in Malaysia’s real estate sector,” said Mr. Apollo Bello Tanco (Pol), CEO of Avaland. “Avenue25 will showcase a new way of living that harmonizes with nature, while our continued infrastructure enhancements will enrich both the lives of our residents and the wider Subang Jaya community.”

Following the success of Alora Residences Phase 1, which launched in August 2023, Avaland will soon unveil Alora Residences Phase 2, along with the complete Avenue25 masterplan. Future phases will include additional serviced apartments, retail spaces, and a transportation hub, further enhancing the development’s appeal.

Strong Market Performance

Avaland’s robust performance reflects market confidence in the developer’s offerings. For the second quarter of 2024, the company reported a net profit of RM42.8 million, more than tripling from the previous year, while revenue surged to RM432.9 million. Property sales also grew significantly, driven by high take-up rates across projects such as Casa Embun Phase 1 (99%), Sanderling (90%), Alira Subang Jaya (92%), and Amika Residences (60%).

As of June 30, 2024, Avaland’s unbilled sales stood at RM954 million, providing strong earnings visibility for the future.
