Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (CHGP) has teamed up with AFFIN BANK to introduce the AFFIN Home Step Fast/i home financing solutions, offering flexibility and benefits to homebuyers.
According to a media release by CHGP, AFFIN Home Step Fast/i allows homebuyers to enjoy the flexibility of low monthly repayments by only servicing the interest for the first five years of their homeownership.
With this financing solution, homebuyers can benefit from a loan margin of up to 90% and an additional 5% allocation for home loan insurance/takaful, legal and documentation fees, as well as stamping and valuation fees. It is applicable for both financing and refinancing, making it suitable for investors and new homebuyers who want to maximize rental yield while preserving their cash flow.
“AFFIN Home Step Fast/i also offers other key benefits, including a loan tenure of up to 30 years or until 70 years of age for loan applicants with no lock-in period or early settlement fee. The financing applies to completed and under-construction projects,” stated CHGP.
CHGP’s Marketing & Sales general manager, Tan Zijin, highlighted the advantages of AFFIN Home Step Fast/i for young couples starting a family and young professionals building their careers. The repayment flexibility allows them to manage their cash flow while strengthening their financial capacity over the next five years without compromising their dream of owning their own home.
The initial two property projects participating in AFFIN Home Step Fast/i are Ayanna Residences and Quaver Residence. Ayanna Residences, located in Bukit Jalil, features 824 units with built-ups ranging from 1,155 to 2,453 sq ft and offers three to four rooms and up to four car park bays, catering to young families and upgraders. On the other hand, Quaver Residences in Sungai Besi is a serviced apartment project offering 684 units with built-ups ranging from 1,023 to 1,701 sq ft.
With this collaboration, CHGP and AFFIN BANK aim to provide homebuyers with enhanced financial options and an opportunity to achieve their homeownership goals.
