EcoWorld, SD Guthrie, and NS Corp Launch RM2.95 Billion Industrial Park in Negeri Sembilan
A strategic tripartite agreement was inked today to develop Eco Business Park VII (EBP VII), a landmark RM2.95 billion integrated industrial park in Bukit Pelandok, Negeri Sembilan. Spanning 1,195 acres, the project is part of Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0) — a flagship economic corridor on Peninsular Malaysia’s west coast.

🌱 SD Guthrie’s Land Transformation Strategy
SD Guthrie, one of Malaysia’s largest landowners, has moved beyond plantations into renewable energy and industrial park development. With 16 estates and two biogas plants in Negeri Sembilan, the company is unlocking value from non-core assets to build sustainable revenue channels.
“This collaboration helps us expand into industrial real estate while strengthening Negeri Sembilan’s economic fabric,” said Datuk Helmy Othman Basha, Group Managing Director of SD Guthrie.
MVV 2.0: A Transformational Growth Corridor
Launched in 2018, Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0) covers approximately 380,000 acres across Seremban and Port Dickson. It comprises six parcels (A–F) and is designed to complement the growth of Greater Kuala Lumpur.
EBP VII falls under Parcel C, which is earmarked for industry, logistics, and economic clusters, and plays a crucial role in elevating Negeri Sembilan’s status as a sustainable economic powerhouse.
Final Thoughts: EBP VII to Shape Negeri Sembilan’s Industrial Future
The launch of Eco Business Park VII MVV 2.0 is a strategic leap forward in advancing high-value industry and economic decentralisation from the Klang Valley.
By combining location, logistics, and development experience, EBP VII is poised to become a new magnet for industrial investors, a driver of job creation, and a pillar in Malaysia’s sustainable economic roadmap.
