Exsim Hospitality Secures RM21.9mil Fit-Out Contract in Kuala Lumpur
Exsim Hospitality Bhd has secured a RM21.9 million sub-contract for interior fit-out works at a 50-storey mixed commercial development located along Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its wholly owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, accepted a letter of appointment from HAB Construction Sdn Bhd on Monday.
The scope of works involves the supply and installation of interior fit-out works for serviced apartment units spanning Levels 7 to 46 of the development.
The project is currently ongoing and is scheduled for completion on Jan 2, 2028.
The contract adds to Exsim Hospitality’s order book and reflects continued demand for interior fit-out services in Kuala Lumpur’s high-rise mixed-use and hospitality developments, particularly in prime commercial locations such as Jalan Sultan Ismail.
Shares in Exsim Hospitality closed unchanged at 26.5 sen on Monday, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM615.4 million. The stock has risen 15.2% year-to-date, reflecting positive investor sentiment towards the group’s earnings visibility and project pipeline.
