Bon Estates hosted a night of appreciation and camaraderie for homeowners at their flagship project, The Estate South Bangsar, on Saturday, September 9th.
The evening’s program featured an array of entertainment, including captivating light displays and a stunning pyrotechnic show. Homeowners were treated to a lavish selection of canapés and a live BBQ station, as per Bon Estates’ press release.
As a symbol of unity and solidarity, a custom-baked, three-foot-diameter mooncake was presented to the homeowners.
The event also had esteemed brand partners in attendance, including Porsche Malaysia and Remy Martin. Special appearances by Asia’s Top 50 bartender, David Hans, and renowned music DJs Terrence C and Daaliyah added to the festivities.
Bon Estates didn’t forget the furry members of The Estate’s community either. They arranged for a grooming truck to provide pampering sessions for pets.
Group CEO Goh Soo Sing expressed his delight in seeing his vision for The Estate becoming a reality. He highlighted heartwarming stories of friendships that have blossomed among neighbors, emphasizing the development of a vibrant and sustainable community.
CEO Chan Jin-wy reiterated Bon Estates’ core belief that everyone deserves a better quality of life. He also announced that The Estate is now fully sold, boasting a 70% occupancy rate and an appreciation value exceeding 60%.
