JL99 Group is gearing up to unveil its latest high-rise residential development, known as 99 Legend, in Kuala Lumpur this month. This project marks the second phase of the developer’s expansive JL Legacity development, occupying 17 acres along Jalan Kuching.
With a gross development value (GDV) exceeding RM700 million, 99 Legend will introduce a total of 1,214 condominium units, including five penthouses. These units will be situated within two interconnected towers: Tower Anton, soaring 57 storeys high, and Tower Belim, rising to 52 storeys. The development spans a 4.5-acre parcel.
The condominium units at 99 Legend will encompass built-up areas ranging from 735 to 1,152 square feet, with pricing starting at RM650 per square foot. Each unit will feature a minimum of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two side-by-side car parking spaces.
Additionally, the project includes five exclusive penthouses occupying Levels 52 to 57 of Tower Anton, aptly named “The Crown Penthouse.” These penthouses boast generous built-up areas ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet, with final pricing yet to be determined.
Datuk Seri Jeff Lee, the executive chairman of JL99 Group, unveiled the 99 Legend project during a topping-out ceremony for the 99 Residence condominium development. The 99 Residence is the initial phase of JL Legacity, which has achieved an impressive take-up rate of over 98%. Currently, it stands at 95% completion, significantly ahead of its scheduled December completion date.
Spanning seven acres and boasting a GDV exceeding RM800 million, the 99 Residence comprises 1,421 condominium units across four blocks: Blocks A, B, and C, each with 54 storeys, and Block D, which rises to 55 storeys. These units offer built-up areas ranging from approximately 900 to 1,380 square feet, with prices starting at RM535 per square foot.
Looking ahead, JL99 Group is exploring several local redevelopment projects, still in the planning stages. Additional details regarding these projects will be revealed at a later date.
