MyTOWN Shopping Centre has achieved a remarkable 98% occupancy rate following the entry of 27 new tenants in the first half of 2024, as announced in a press statement dated August 12. This milestone reflects the shopping centre’s growing appeal as a prime destination for lifestyle retail, dining, and entertainment in Kuala Lumpur.
New Tenants Boost Retail Mix
The new tenants that have joined MyTOWN include notable brands such as Victor Malaysia, Infinity by DeGem, Alha Alfa, HONOR, Famous Amos, Bask Bear Coffee & Toasties, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Signature Kitchen, Baseball Cage, and Aplus Go Babyland. These additions have enhanced the shopping centre’s diverse retail offerings, catering to a wide range of shopper preferences.
