Hosted by the Sabah government and organised by the state Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship Ministry, the event brought together leaders from government, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), private corporations, and business associations.

“By effectively articulating Sabah’s and China’s unique perspectives while actively listening to one another, we can strengthen the foundation of our cooperation,” Wong said.
Invest Sabah played a pivotal role in promoting investment opportunities and facilitating seamless partnerships, offering investors a comprehensive support framework, including project agreements, oversight, and conflict resolution mechanisms.

The summit identified high-potential sectors for mutual growth, including:

“These efforts not only enhance Sabah’s competitiveness but also solidify its critical role within the global economic framework,” Wong noted.
