Tropicana Unveils CNY Campaign and New Show Units at Flagship Gallery

Tropicana Corporation Bhd has launched its Chinese New Year (CNY) campaign alongside a brand film and new show units at its flagship property gallery in Petaling Jaya, showcasing developments in Johor, Genting Highlands and Langkawi.

The campaign reflects the group’s continued focus on resort-style and lifestyle-oriented residential developments, according to managing director of marketing, sales and business development Ixora Ang.

Speaking at the media presentation held at Tropicana Gardens Office Tower, Ang said the campaign aligns with the group’s long-term branding direction and includes buyer incentives, a locally produced brand film, and the introduction of Tropicana’s mascots, ZiZi and TuTu, at the property gallery.

As part of the initiative, Tropicana has consolidated several show units at its flagship gallery on Level 10 of Tropicana Gardens Tower Office, allowing prospective buyers to view multiple developments at a single location.

The newly introduced show units include Breeze Hill Shoppes & Serviced Apartments at Tropicana Avalon in Genting Highlands, Clarissa Serviced Suites at Tropicana Cenang in Langkawi, and Skypark Kepler at Lido Waterfront Boulevard in Johor Bahru.

Campaign Covers 11 Ongoing Developments

The CNY campaign runs until Feb 28 and covers 11 developments across the Klang Valley, Johor, Genting Highlands and Langkawi. These include Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Alam, Tropicana Metropark, Tropicana Gardens, Tropicana Grandhill, Tropicana Paradise, Tropicana Avalon, Tropicana Cenang, Tropicana Uplands, Tropicana Danga Bay and Lido Waterfront Boulevard.

The campaign features purchase incentives, referral rewards and selected financing schemes, with open house events scheduled between early February and early March at galleries in Subang Jaya, Genting Highlands, Johor and Puncak Alam.

2026 Launch Pipeline and Project Updates

Looking ahead, Ang said Tropicana’s development pipeline for 2026 will centre on Genting Highlands, Cyberjaya, Langkawi and Kota Kemuning, targeting both residential and mixed-use developments.

In Genting Highlands, Tropicana Avalon’s Breeze Hill serviced apartments and commercial components will be launched in phases throughout 2026. Additional launches are also planned in Cyberjaya, Langkawi and Kota Kemuning during the year, including serviced apartments, shop offices and landed residential projects.

Tropicana expects multiple projects to reach vacant possession in 2026, including serviced suites in Langkawi and Petaling Jaya, as well as commercial components in Kota Kemuning.

Digital and Hospitality Platforms

On the digital front, Tropicana will continue rolling out enhancements to its T360 ecosystem in phases throughout 2026, covering content, customer engagement tools and an e-commerce platform.

The group is also expanding its hospitality management arm, T Journey, which oversees short-stay and serviced residence operations. Further partnership announcements under this platform are expected in February.
