Avaland Bhd (KL) has announced the topping-out of Alira Subang Jaya, a serviced residence in Tropicana Metropark, Subang Jaya, which has achieved an impressive 95% take-up rate. This milestone was reached on Monday (July 29), according to a press statement released on Tuesday.

Project Details

With a gross development value (GDV) of RM578 million, the freehold Alira Subang Jaya comprises two towers offering a total of 832 units. These units have built-ups ranging from 695 sq ft to 1,048 sq ft, with prices starting from RM570,000. The project is expected to be completed by November 2025.
