“We are out to build a spot that will [not only] appeal to those looking for leisure and shopping, but [also] offer a special cultural and tropical experience while staying in Kuala Lumpur,” Stanley said during the groundbreaking ceremony.
As the name suggests, BEKL aims to channel the vibrant charm of Bali, with several Bali-based tenants expected to operate outlets at the park. This focus on tropical and cultural themes sets BEKL apart from its urban counterparts.
Confirmed Tenants and Diverse Offerings
M&M Ventures has already secured four tenants for BEKL:
- Sportizza: A sports and lifestyle retailer.
- International Food Hall: Operated by The Diordy Services Sdn Bhd, offering global dining experiences.
- Abeh Mart: A convenience store operated by RC Distribution Services Sdn Bhd.
- Cafe Lusso: A cozy café also operated by RC Distribution Services Sdn Bhd.
More tenants, including lifestyle and F&B brands, are expected to join, creating a vibrant mix of retail and culinary experiences. The development also plans to feature stores with offerings from Europe, Bali, and even antique shops, promising diverse and unique shopping opportunities.
