Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) celebrated the launch of its latest sales gallery, introducing Se.duduk D’ Kajang to the public. This marks the first time an EcoWorld duduk project has ventured outside its established townships, bringing unique lifestyle offerings and amenities to the Kajang area. With a total of five duduk projects already launched and three more slated for this year, EcoWorld continues to innovate in the property development sector.
Evon Yap, EcoWorld’s divisional general manager, expressed her excitement at the unveiling, highlighting Se.duduk D’ Kajang’s potential to rejuvenate the Kajang area with its lifestyle-centric design and features. Spanning 6.92 acres, the project is poised to become a new benchmark for quality living in the region.
The sales gallery itself is a testament to EcoWorld’s commitment to environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) practices. Designed with sustainability in mind, the gallery will eventually be repurposed into commercial space for the Se.duduk D’ Kajang residents. Features such as solar power, steel frames, and passive cooling techniques underscore the project’s focus on energy efficiency and minimal environmental impact.
The event was graced by notable figures including EcoWorld executive chairman Tan Sri Datuk Sri Liew Kee Sin and president and CEO Datuk Chang Khim Wah. Chang emphasized that the duduk by EcoWorld projects offer dreamable living spaces at attainable prices without compromising on lifestyle, embodying the company’s vision for innovative and sustainable urban development.
The launch also included the signing of partnerships with EFS Revision Energy Sdn Bhd for solar energy solutions and Chef Kecik, a cafĂ© that will operate within the development. These collaborations reflect EcoWorld’s strategy to enhance the community’s living experience by integrating commercial offerings that cater to residents’ needs.
With plans to introduce a variety of commercial tenants, including F&B outlets, a grocery store, pharmacies, and educational institutions, Se.duduk D’ Kajang is set to offer a comprehensive living experience that combines convenience with quality.
