EUPE Corp Bhd (KL) celebrated the topping-out ceremony for its Helix2 development in PJS 5, Petaling Jaya, on Friday. With 95% of the units sold, the affordable high-rise project is on track for completion by October 2025.
Helix2, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM288 million, features 500 serviced apartments housed in a 33-storey tower. Unit sizes range from 572 to 1,065 sq ft, and selling prices are approximately RM550 per square foot. TCS Construction Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of TCS Group Holdings Bhd (KL), is the main contractor for the project.
A Commitment to Affordable Housing
Speaking at the ceremony, EUPE Corp group managing director Datuk Beh Huck Lee expressed pride in the companyโs history of delivering affordable homes, particularly in northern Malaysia, where they have built 25,000 homes over the past 40 years.
โHelix2 is our fourth high-rise project in the nationโs capital and our first in Kuala Lumpur focusing solely on affordable housing,โ said Beh, highlighting that the companyโs experience is helping them bring fresh, innovative concepts to the KL affordable housing market.

Datin Michelle Gan, director of sales, marketing, and design at EUPE Corp, emphasised that Helix2 is designed to offer resort-style living at an affordable price. Some standout features of the development include:
