I-Bhd Partners with Wyndham to Manage Wyndham Suites KLCC in Kuala Lumpur

I-Bhd, a prominent property developer, has unveiled a strategic partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to manage the upscale property, Wyndham Suites KLCC, situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city center.

Wyndham Suites KLCC, an existing luxury condominium property, holds a gross development value (GDV) of RM820 million. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for I-Bhd, as it enhances the group’s brand reputation and global visibility. Chairman Tan Sri Lim Kim Hong stated, “We are thrilled to join hands with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to transform Wyndham Suites KLCC. This will not only enhance the groupโ€™s overall brand reputation and visibility but also provide a powerful platform for our RM10 billion GDV project in i-City, Shah Alam, to gain greater international exposure.”

He emphasized the attraction of Wyndham Suites KLCC to a diverse global audience, including families, business travelers, and holidaymakers, leveraging the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program, which boasts over 103 million members worldwide.

Notably, I-Bhd is recognized for its extensive 72-acre i-City development in Shah Alam, with a GDV of RM10 billion. The developer’s other significant project is the 50-storey 8 Kia Peng luxury development located in Kuala Lumpur city center, sharing a similar GDV of RM820 million.

Details regarding Wyndham Suites KLCC have not been disclosed by the developer, and it remains unconfirmed whether this property is synonymous with the 8 Kia Peng development.
