Sime Darby Property has secured five prominent anchor tenants for the highly anticipated Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) Mall, marking a significant milestone in its retail expansion strategy.
The confirmed tenants include Jaya Grocer, Serai Group’s flagship concept, ACE Hardware, Asia Ballet Academy, and HarborLand, which will open its first kids’ playland in Malaysia at the mall.
This will be Sime Darby Property’s third wholly-owned mall, following the successes of KL East Mall and the newly launched Elmina Lakeside Mall, further cementing its commitment to creating community-centric retail destinations.
