Toll Exemptions Announced for Christmas 2024
In celebration of Christmas, the Malaysian government has announced toll exemptions for Class 1 vehicles (personal cars) on Dec 23 and 24, 2024. The toll-free initiative will cover all highways, excluding tolls at border crossings, such as the Sultan Iskandar Building and Tanjung Kupang toll plazas.
Works Minister Alexander Nanta Linggi confirmed the exemptions will run from 12:01 AM on Dec 23 to 11:59 PM on Dec 24, costing the government approximately RM38 million.
