“Feeling honoured with the conferment of the Malaysia Developer Award 2022 Top of the Charts to LBS Bina is an understatement. It is worth noting that we were also recently awarded by Deloitte as Malaysia’s Best Managed Companies 2022.

“Both of these recognitions are the testament that LBS Bina has been achieving greater heights and setting new benchmarks, in terms of organisational management as well as the homes that we built. Behind these trophies, are the perseverance and hard work from my team at LBS Bina and will serve as a great motivation for us to do better, moving forward.

“This award, which is benchmarked at an international level for property developers, demonstrates our commitment towards corporate governance, the development of affordable housing and our ESG initiatives as we work towards taking LBS to new heights,” said Lim.
