NCT Group Signs RM25 Million MOUs to Enhance NCT Smart Industrial Park in Sepang
NCT Group, through its subsidiary NCT Smart Management Sdn Bhd, has signed five memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with different companies worth RM25 million to enhance its NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP) in Sepang. This announcement was made via a press statement released on Monday.
Overview of NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP)
The NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP) spans 732 acres and boasts a gross development value of RM10 billion. This expansive project is being developed in three phases, with the first phase covering 250 acres already receiving 60% bookings. The park is designed to integrate several advanced infrastructures, including artificial intelligence-managed facilities, smart surveillance systems, and eco-friendly initiatives such as solar energy utilisation and rainwater collection systems.
Companies Involved and Their Contributions
The MOUs were signed during the Selangor International Business Summit 2024, held from July 25 to 27, with the following five companies:
- Honor Aigrafx Innovative Intelligence International Pte Ltd:
- Contribution: Introduction of meta-experience technology systems.
- Impact: Expected to create numerous collaboration opportunities and enhance processes, fostering an improved working environment at NSIP.
- Harta Maintenance Sdn Bhd:
- Contribution: Development of comprehensive energy management solutions.
- Impact: Optimization of energy consumption and substantial cost reductions at the facility. The company will also provide cleaning services using sustainable equipment and products.
- JMM Lightings Sdn Bhd:
- Contribution: Supply of essential building materials.
- Impact: Enhancement of overall energy efficiency of the parkโs construction and operational requirements.
- Zinxer Paint Marketing Sdn Bhd:
- Contribution: Supply of high-quality decorative and industrial coatings.
- Impact: Ensuring the long-term durability and sustainability of the park.
- OK Coating Sdn Bhd:
- Contribution: Supply of premium wood and metal surface coatings.
- Impact: Protection of the park from environmental damages, enhancing its long-term durability.
