The newly acquired land is earmarked for a mixed-use transit-oriented development (TOD) featuring approximately 1,128 residential units, including 340 affordable Service Apartment Mampu Milik units, as well as commercial spaces. The development carries a gross development value (GDV) of RM470 million.
