Astrum Ampang, a notable transit-oriented development (TOD) in Kuala Lumpur, is promoting its latest offering – SOHO Suites 2 (SS2).
Astrum Ampang’s track record of achieving complete take-up rates for its preceding projects – SOHO Transit 1, SOHO Transit 2, and SOHO Suites 1 – have laid the foundation for the introduction of SS2, according to James A. Bruyns, Astrum Ampang’s Chief Operating Officer.
SS2 will feature 664 units, with each measuring from 450 sq ft and starting at a price of RM472,000.
Spread across levels 10 to 37, these units boast a 17-foot-high ceiling and are projected to be completed by the third quarter of 2027.
In response to the expected positive reception of SS2, Astrum Ampang has started the registration of interests for its upcoming addition – serviced apartments.
Encompassing 468 units with sizes varying from 570 sq ft to 1,030 sq ft, these serviced apartments are estimated to start from RM637,000 in price.
The units, to be situated in Tower M from levels 10 to 47, are projected to be ready by the fourth quarter of 2027.
Bruyns attributes the company’s increased brand visibility in the local property industry to the overwhelming endorsement of Astrum Ampang’s TOD concept.
Situated conveniently close to the Jelatek LRT Station, Astrum Ampang also boasts interconnectivity via several highways and expressways like AKLEH, DUKE 1, MRR2, and SPE (formerly DUKE 3).
According to Bruyns, this makes it an ideal spot for residents, particularly working professionals, who can benefit from a more comfortable and seamless travel experience.
Astrum Ampang seeks to offer residents and homebuyers a blend of convenience and smart, modern living, along with the attraction of living, working, and relaxing in the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur.
“We aim to create a city within a city, offering a broad range of attractive facilities,” Bruyns said.
He also added that homebuyers will have access to 27 commercial outlets situated on the ground floor.
