TA Global Bhd’s Amaya Residences Reaches 60% Take-Up for Tower A in Damansara Avenue Development
TA Global Bhd has announced a promising 60% take-up rate for Tower A of its latest residential project, Amaya Residences, located in the expansive Damansara Avenue mixed-use development in Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor. The official launch of Amaya Residences, boasting a gross development value (GDV) of RM1 billion, took place on Saturday.
Key Features of Amaya Residences
The 68-storey twin towers, Tower A and Tower B, together comprise 1,268 serviced apartment units. Tower A offers units ranging from 554 sq ft to 1,230 sq ft, while Tower B, currently open for registration with a launch anticipated next year, will have units sized between 539 sq ft and 1,181 sq ft. The prices for these urban living spaces start from RM553,000 and go up to RM1.35 million.

Amaya Residences is a significant part of Ativo Annexe, a 15-acre mixed-use development within the 48-acre Damansara Avenue master plan. Ativo Annexe will feature not only the residential towers but also corporate offices, a 420,000 sq ft retail space named DA Central Mall, an international hotel, and a wellness hub. Enhancing connectivity, a completed link bridge will connect DA Central Mall to the Sri Damansara Sentral MRT Station, offering residents seamless access to public transportation and nearby amenities.
Construction Progress
TA Global reported that piling and substructure work at Ativo Annexe is nearly 90% complete, indicating that the development is on track to meet its projected timelines.
