IJM Land is set to launch Riana Trees Residences, the latest residential development within the Pantai Sentral Park integrated development, this weekend. Following the successful launches of Inwood Residences and Secoya Residences, Riana Trees Residences aims to continue the momentum. Both earlier projects have been fully taken up.
Spanning 3.36 acres of land, Riana Trees Residences will be a low-density exclusive development comprising 336 condominium units. The units will include Type A (900 sq ft) intermediate units and Type B (955 sq ft) corner lot units. Each floor will have 12 units, with six units on Level 3A, eight units on Level 5, and ten units on Level 19.
All units will feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and come with two parking bays. Prices for the units start from RM628,000 or RM698 per square foot.

The development has received a provisional gold GreenRE certification and offers approximately 1.81 acres of landscaping and numerous facilities.
